TERMS OF SERVICE
-By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.-Please read carefully-If you break any T.O.S I have the rights to stop working for you, and no refund will be provided.
1. Scope of Work:-I agree to provide custom art services, including Twitch emotes, overlays, badges, and other related artwork, as agreed upon with the client.-I do not draw NSFW2. Payment Terms:- Payment in advance is required before the commencement of work.
-A half-deposit of the commission is due upfront.
-Payment method is via PayPal, in USD.
-Added fee of $5 will apply to the total of the payment, to cover PayPal transaction fees.3. Delivery Timeline:-An estimated delivery timeline will be provided upon agreement.
-Factors such as project complexity and current workload may affect the delivery date. Delays or change of plans will be notified to the commissioner.5. Communication:-Communication will primarily occur through e-mail or Discord
-Response times are generally within 5 hours during business hours.6. Rights and Usage:-The artist retains the copyright to the commissioned work until full payment is received.
-The client receives exclusive rights to use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming on Twitch, Youtube, etc.-The artist may showcase the commissioned work in their portfolio and promotional materials.7. Refund Policy:-The initial deposit is non-refundable.
-Refunds MAY be considered on a case-by-case basis if work has not started, or there are extenuating circumstances. If you are rude, or break any T.O.S , refund won't apply.8. Confidentiality:-Both parties agree to keep all project details and communication confidential.
